Recruiting fees are usually set in stone, pretty much. The percentage may vary between 15-35%, the recruiter can be retained (paid up front) or contingency (paid after the candidate is hired).
We know that your business is unique. Whether you're a small company, just starting to hire a sales team, or a large business with many sales people on board already, we have a fee schedule to fit your budget.
Choice of two payment schedules:
With the 25% option, you would pay 25% of the person's
base salary plus estimated commission once you hired my candidate.
With the 30% option, you would pay 30% of the person's base
salary plus estimated commission in 4 installments, payable at time of hire; 30 days
after hire; 60 days after hire; and 90 days after hire.
If the person leaves your employ between any of those installments,
no additional fee would be paid to me for that person.
My goal is not to put "bodies" into your company, but to
work with you to hire the right person who will stay with
your company for the long term.
Guarantee: If the person leaves within the first 90 days, I will replace
them at no additional cost to you.
